Ordering and Shipping Information

Shipping

While we may update our shipping providers from time to time, we basically offer the following shipping types to our customers:

Airmail

This shipping option is available for smaller shipments with a weight below 2kg. Airmail shipments are carried out through your local post office. All Airmail parcels insured and registered. Thai post provides an online tracking service which provides tracking up to the parcel leaves Thailand only.
Shipping usually takes around 5 to 10 days to arrive to Europe (except France and Italy) but some can take up to 21 days. France, Italy and the USA usually take 14-28 days. However shipment can take up to 6 weeks on occasion.

EMS

EMS is the local courier shipment solution by Thai Post. The delivery will usually take place through your local post service. EMS shipments are very safe and usually take only around 3 to 5 days to reach your destination. We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments.

Delivery

Item(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you. We will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery.

Risk of loss and damage of item(s) passes to you on the date when the item(s) is/are dispatched by us to the carrier.

Any dates quoted by us for the delivery are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract. We aim to deliver promptly, however delays occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to delver the item(s) within the estimated delivery time.

If an order is undeliverable, the item(s) ordered by you will be returned to us at your expense, as stock available for sale to other customers. The returned item(s) can be sold to other customers and we shall have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned item(s) to you.

Returns and Refunds

No item(s) should be returned to us unless:

- The item(s) in question is defective (prove of photograph is needed).
- We agree for you to return the item(s) by email.
-The item(s) is unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as arrived.

You are responsible for any expenses that may occur including custom duties or taxes.

Upon satisfactory return of the item(s) to us, replacement(s) will be shipped to you if we are satisfied that the item(s) returned is defective. If replacement(s) is not available, a refund of product price and all shipping costs will be made to you.
